Resource Security and Training Australia Pty Ltd (RSTA) is a locally owned and operated security company, based in Lawnton, Queensland. Providing services to Brisbane and surrounding areas. Our security guarding, banking, patrol, alarm response and training practices produce superior outcomes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

RSTA has gained extensive experience by providing security services to a broad range of industries. RSTA are supported by a large workforce of full time and casual employees throughout Brisbane. This includes; licensed armed guards, qualified drug and alcohol testing officers, mining, aviation and maritime certified officers.

Our company director Mr Michael Dunne has over 15 years personnel and management experience within the security industry and has a comprehensive understanding of the local community. During the course of our daily operations, Michael regularly works with his staff, overseeing their tasks and operational requirements of our clients and business.

Resource Security and Training Australia place a very heavy emphasis on training, professional standards and conduct. We do not just employ anyone and we have what we believe to be the highest and strictest regulations, policies and procedures which govern our staff conduct, presentation and performance whilst on and off-duty in the security industry.

After being in the security industry for almost two decades, it is obvious to me that being issued a Security License is to be considered a privilege, it should not be viewed as just a ‘ticket to play’. The notion of privilege is what we instil in our guards.

RSTA firmly believe that in becoming a Security Professional, not only are you providing a valuable service to the public, but also with this comes a responsibility to the community at large. In many cases, members of the community will have entrusted our security officers with their safety, most of the time without even knowing it.

In providing our Industry recognised services, RSTA set standards in the practice of Security Services and provide traditional security professionals who uphold these values at their core.
